Comunicazione Politica welcomes proposals for special issues on compelling and timely topics. Proposals should be submitted by at least two scholars – at least one of whom must be affiliated with a non-Italian academic institution –who are willing to serve as guest editors.
Each proposal should include a concept paper of approximately 600–800 words, outlining:
- the rationale and scope of the thematic focus;
- the intended scholarly audience, both nationally and internationally;
- optionally, a list of potential contributors
Proposals should be sent to the journal’s official email address (rivista@compol.it) and will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief in collaboration with the Associate Editors.
Please note that no more than one special issue is published per year. Prospective guest editors are therefore strongly encouraged to contact the Editor-in-Chief informally in advance to verify the availability of upcoming publication slots before submitting a formal proposal (augusto.valeriani@unibo.it).
